Schedule Week of 5/5-5/9: Incoming Freshmen Eligible This Week

Good Evening,

Busy week this week as we go four nights in a row to wrap up our Spring Practice. The loft weight room will be available all four days after school. If an athlete needs to stay on campus they can come get work or do homework. If they are gonna get stuck on campus until we start at 6pm make sure they bring food with them. If they run into an issue please let me know. I will run down to the market and get whatever we need. I want to make sure they are fueled for practice.

Please remember on Wednesday night I want every single available player to be there for the Zybek athletic testing. It will be 40 time, 5-10-5 drill, L-Cone drill, broad jump and vertical jump. This will give us baseline numbers for when we start summer training. We will re-test again when we get to Fall.

Incoming Freshmen are eligible to start practice this week. We look forward to having some of them attend practice with us before summer starts. If you know any incoming Freshmen please have them reach out to me if they have not received any program information yet.

Tuesday, May 6th- Loft Weight Room available 3-5, Practice 6-8pm
Wednesday, May 7th- Loft Weight Room available 3-5, Practice 6-8pm w/ Zybek Sports
Thursday, May 8th- Loft Weight Room available 3-5, Practice 6-8pm.

On Sunday, May 18th we are now in a one day Varsity 7 on 7 opportunity with multiple other teams from 1-4pm. The linemen will have a practice with Coach DC and Coach Wyse from 1-3pm. This competition will be a great way to see how much we have learned this Spring in our new systems.
